All products are physical audio accessories manufactured or supplied by Black Ravioli. Product descriptions and prices are shown on our website. We aim to ensure accuracy, but errors may occur.

4. Pricing & Payment

Prices appear in the currency displayed at checkout.
All orders are shipped with DHL Express, with duties and taxes are your responsibility and collected prior to delivery.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe, which supports credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and regional methods.

5. Shipping

We ship worldwide using DHL Express.
Delivery times vary by destination and are shown at checkout.
You will receive a tracking number after dispatch.
Risk passes to you upon delivery.
Please note: If you live outside the UK you may have to pay import duty/taxes on your purchase. We have no control over this charge and we do not pre-pay the charges for you. We do not declare a lower value to avoid customs charges so PLEASE DO NOT ASK US TO DO THIS.

We offer a 60-day money-back guarantee on all products purchased directly from our website.

You may return the product used, provided it is not physically damaged.
We cover the cost of return shipping.
A full refund is issued within 7 working days of receiving the returned item.

This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights.

7. Lifetime Warranty

All Black Ravioli products include a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects.
This warranty does not cover:
• Physical damage
• Misuse
• Unauthorised modification
• Normal wear and tear

We will repair or replace the product at our discretion.

8. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order before dispatch by contacting us.
If the order has been dispatched, please follow the returns process.

9. Returns (Non-Guarantee)

For non-guarantee returns, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Products must be unused and in original condition.
Return shipping may apply.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our products.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud or personal injury caused by negligence.
