60-Day Audition Period
We want you to be completely confident in your purchase. That's why we offer a 60-day audition period on all orders — giving you plenty of time to listen, evaluate, and decide if the product is right for you.
If you're not satisfied for any reason, simply contact us within 60 days of receiving your order to arrange a return.
Your EU Right to Cancel
As an EU consumer, you also have the statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods under the EU Consumer Rights Directive — our 60-day audition period goes well beyond this.
How to Return or Cancel
To start a return or cancellation, please contact us within 60 days of receiving your order:

- Please include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
We'll confirm receipt and guide you through the next steps.
Returning Your Items
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Please ensure they are securely packed for transit. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or not as described.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned goods, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 14 days. Original standard delivery costs are included in your refund.
Please note: we may reduce your refund if the goods show signs of use beyond reasonable inspection.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
